All our books are sent via registered post, within the UK.
International shipping is usually sent by Parcelforce worldwide, with an expected delivery time of 5 days.
UK delivery is covered automatically up to a maximum value of £20. Overseas delivery is not covered by insurance.
To insure parcels for the full value of order, please contact us in advance of placing the order. Additional fees will apply.
The Moth House cannot be held responsible for items that arrive damaged or which may go astray in the postal system.
Whilst, to date, we have not yet had any negative experiences with the couriers we use, we always recommend taking out
extra insurance for the full value of ordered goods.
For orders of more than 5-8 items, please contact us first to ensure that you are charged the correct shipping costs.
